What does Room temperature not reached mean?

The central heating system is on, but the room does not reach the temperature set on the thermostat or programmer, resulting in a colder environment than desired.

Common Causes

  • Thermostatic radiator valve(s) or room thermostat set too low
  • Temperature control for CH flow on boiler set too low
  • Air trapped in the heating system
