The mower is unable to locate or dock with the charging base. This may be due to the base's direction, obstacles, or environmental factors.

Make sure the mower docks directly towards the charging base and departs in an anti-clockwise direction.
Remove any obstacles within 2m in front of the charging base.
Restart the mower.
Clean the contact pins on the charging pile and the charging strip on the mower.
Ensure the QR code is clear and not obstructed.
