Error E11 — Difficulties in water fill for washing, indicated by 1 red flash and 1 green flash on the START/PAUSE LED

What does E11 mean?

The Washing Machine (ENV06 series) is having trouble filling with water for the wash cycle. The first digit, '1', is shown as 1 red flash, and the second digit, '1', as 1 green flash on the START/PAUSE LED. The cycle will be paused, and the door will remain locked.

• Water tap closed or water pressure too low
• Drain tube improperly positioned, causing siphoning
• Water fill solenoid valve is faulty
• Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch
• Pressure switch faulty
• Wiring faulty
• PCB faulty

   Ensure the water tap supplying the Washing Machine is fully open.

   Verify the drain tube is correctly positioned and not too low, as this can cause continuous draining (siphoning).
