The display shows 'H2O' flashing, indicating that the washer-dryer is not filling with water. This can be caused by issues with the water supply hose, tap, or water pressure.

• The water inlet hose is not connected to the tap.
• The water inlet hose is bent or kinked.
• The water tap has not been opened.
• There is no water supply in the house or pressure is too low.
• The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
