E135 — Gas valve connection fault or internal error

What does E135 mean?

The boiler has detected an issue with the gas valve connection or an internal fault on the main control board (PCB).

Common Causes

  • Loose or faulty cable connection between the PCB and the gas valve.
  • Problem with the gas valve plug.
  • Internal fault within the PCB itself.

    Press the 'Reset' button on the boiler for 1-3 seconds.

    If the error persists, turn off the main power supply to the boiler, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

    If the fault is internal to the PCB, the PCB may need replacement by a qualified professional.
