384 — Parasite flame, internal error

What does 384 mean?

The boiler's control system has detected a 'parasite flame,' meaning a flame is present when it shouldn't be, or is not being correctly detected. This is an internal control error.

• Faulty gas valve operation or leakage
• Electronic board issue misinterpreting flame signals
