Dishes Not Dry

Dishes remain wet - Improper loading or insufficient rinse aid

Beko · Dishwashers

What does Dishes Not Dry mean?

Dishes may not be completely dry at the end of a wash cycle if they are loaded incorrectly, preventing water drainage, or if there isn't enough rinse aid being used. The program rinsing temperature or duration can also affect drying performance.

Common Causes

  • Dishes are not placed orderly, allowing water to accumulate.
  • Rinse aid is insufficient or set to a low level.
  • Program rinsing temperature is low or duration is short.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Place dishes in a way that allows water to drain off easily, avoiding accumulation.

  2. 2

Check the rinse aid indicator and refill the rinse aid reservoir if needed.

  3. 3

Increase the rinse aid setting if dishes are consistently wet (refer to rinse aid adjustment in Section 7.3).

  4. 4

For optimal drying, select a program with a longer duration and higher rinsing temperature.

  5. 5

After the program ends, open the door slightly and wait 15 minutes before unloading to allow steam to escape and dishes to cool.
