E:01 Flashing - Overflowing water or leakage detected
The E:01 icon flashes on the program indicator if the Dishwasher intakes too much water or detects a leakage at any of its components. The safety system will activate to discharge the water. If E:01 does not disappear, it indicates a permanent fault.
E:01 icon flashing — Too much water or water leakage detected
The E:01 icon will flash on the program indicator if the machine takes in too much water or if there is a leakage from any internal component. The safety algorithm will activate to try and discharge the excess water.
E:02 Flashing - Water cut-off warning
The E:02 icon flashes on the program indicator if the Dishwasher cannot take water. This happens if the mains water supply is cut off or the water inlet tap is turned off. The washing program will be paused.
E:02 icon flashing — Water cut-off or no water inlet
The E:02 icon will flash on the program indicator if the main water supply is cut off or the water inlet tap is turned off. The washing program will pause and the machine will regularly check for water.
End of Program — Audible warning signal sounds
When the wash program finishes, an audible warning signal will sound at intervals to let you know the machine is done. The End of Program indicator light will also illuminate.
Excessive foam in Dishwasher - Hand-wash detergent or spilled rinse aid
Foam appearing in the Dishwasher is typically caused by using hand-wash detergent, which contains no antifoam, or by accidentally spilling rinse aid into the machine. Both can negatively impact washing performance.
Glassware has milk-like smear or rainbow appearance - Excessive rinse aid or soft water
A milky or iridescent film on glassware that cannot be wiped off by hand indicates either too much rinse aid being used or corrosion due to very soft water. This is often referred to as glass etching.
Lime traces or misty appearance on dishes - Rinse aid, water hardness, or salt issues
A white, misty film or lime traces on dishes and glassware indicates an issue with rinse aid, water hardness settings, or proper use of Dishwasher salt. It suggests the water softening system may not be functioning optimally.
Low Salt Warning indicator - Add softening salt
The low salt indicator on the Dishwasher's screen illuminates. This means the softening salt level in the reservoir is low and needs to be refilled for optimal water softening.
Dishwasher does not start - No power, water, or door issue
The Dishwasher will not begin a cycle if it's not receiving power, water, or if the door is not securely closed. Basic checks are required to ensure operational readiness.
Dishwasher not starting or working
The Dishwasher does not power on or start a cycle. This can be due to a lack of power, an open door, or the On/Off button not being pressed.
Machine does not start — No power or operational issue
The Dishwasher fails to begin its operation. This can be due to a lack of power, the door not being fully closed, or the machine not being properly activated.
