What does High heat load. mean?

The amount of heat the system is trying to remove (in cooling) or generate (in heating) is very high. This causes suction pressure to rise.

Common Causes

  • Thermostat set too low (cooling).
  • Poor insulation.
  • Unusually warm outdoor conditions.
  • Open windows or doors.
