SF 02 - Comfort Set Points storage failure

What does SF 02 mean?

A Storage Failure (SF) error, specifically SF 02, indicates that the slave thermostat's stored Comfort Set Points (Cooling and Heating) have been corrupted or lost. The system will default to 74°F for both cooling and heating. These settings define the desired temperature range for the zone.

   Establish communications with the slave thermostat using the PC Command Center software.

   Initiate a Device Inquiry for the slave thermostat to verify its current settings.

   Perform the 'Modify Device Information' command and navigate to the Comfort Set Points.

   Re-enter the desired Cooling and Heating set points for the zone.

   Press F1 to 'Perform Update' and wait for acknowledgement to save the new settings.
