A Storage Failure (SF) error, specifically SF 22, indicates that the slave thermostat's stored PS Temperature Sensor Calibration value has been corrupted or lost. The system will default to a Mid-Range Value. This calibration ensures accurate temperature readings for specific PS (Pressure Sensor) components.
Click steps to track your progress.
Establish communications with the slave thermostat using the PC Command Center software.
Initiate a Device Inquiry for the slave thermostat to verify its current settings.
Perform the 'Modify Device Information' command and navigate to the PS Temperature Sensor Calibration setting.
Re-enter or reset the appropriate calibration value for the PS temperature sensor.
Press F1 to 'Perform Update' and wait for acknowledgement to save the new setting.
Exit the configuration menu and program, then verify the calibration is correctly stored.
