SF 28 - Zone Usage Meter storage failure

What does SF 28 mean?

A Storage Failure (SF) error, specifically SF 28, indicates that the slave thermostat's stored Zone Usage Meter value has been corrupted or lost. The system will default to 0. This meter tracks the usage of the zone.

   Establish communications with the slave thermostat using the PC Command Center software.

   Initiate a Device Inquiry for the slave thermostat to verify its current settings.

   Perform the 'Modify Device Information' command and navigate to the Zone Usage Meter setting.

   Re-enter or reset the desired value for the zone usage meter.
