What does coffee delivered too fast, not creamy mean?

If the coffee comes out too quickly and lacks a rich crema, the grind may be too coarse or the coffee quantity insufficient.

• Grinding coarseness regulator is set too coarse (too far anticlockwise).
• Grinding quantity selector knob is set too low (not enough coffee grounds).

   Turn the right-hand Grinding quantity selector knob (Fig. 7) clockwise to increase the amount of coffee ground.

   Proceed by trial and error to find the correct position of the knob.

   If the cream is still unsatisfactory after several coffees, turn the grinding adjustment knob (Fig. 17) one click clockwise to make the grind finer.
