What does Air Filter Alert mean?

The Air Filter indicator illuminates when it's time to replace the internal air filter. This typically occurs every 6 months and is important to maintain optimal air quality and odor control within the refrigerator.

   Obtain a new replacement air filter specifically designed for your Frigidaire refrigerator model.

   Replace the old air filter following the instructions in the 'Replacing the Filter' section of your manual.

   After replacement, press and hold the 'Reset Air Filter' button for 3 seconds until a tone sounds, to reset the indicator.
