If you are unable to set up wireless LAN control for a product, it might be because the previous owner did not unregister their account or initialize the WLAN adapter. This prevents a new user from pairing the device.

Contact the previous owner to request they unregister the air conditioner using their FGLair mobile app.
Attempt to perform the Initialization (reset) procedure for the WLAN adapter using the remote controller, if possible.
If the issue persists, contact your authorized service personnel for further assistance.
