Alarm 10 — Communication fault

What does 10 mean?

There is a communication fault between different electronic parts within the pump. The pump has stopped due to this alarm.

• Interrupted communication between internal electronic components.
• Turbine operation (unwanted flow) can also be a related issue.

   Switch off the main power supply to the pump for at least 3 minutes, then switch it back on to attempt a reset.

   Check for any external factors that might interfere with electronics (e.g., strong electromagnetic fields nearby).

   If the alarm persists, contact Grundfos Service for further assistance, as pump replacement might be necessary.
