Alarm 10 — Communication fault between electronic parts

What does 10 mean?

There is a communication problem between different electronic components inside the pump. The pump may automatically reset and restart once the fault is cleared.

  • Internal electronic communication failure.
  • Temporary disruption in internal data exchange.

    If the pump does not reset automatically, try cycling the power off and on at the main switch.

    Check if the pump is running in 'Forced pumping' mode (Alarm 29), as this can sometimes relate to communication issues.

    If the fault persists after a power cycle, replacement of the pump or assistance from GRUNDFOS SERVICE is needed.
