Alarm 51 — Pump is blocked

What does 51 mean?

The pump's internal components, such as the impeller, are physically blocked by foreign matter or impurities, preventing it from rotating. This fault does not reset automatically.

• Debris, sediment, or other foreign matter obstructing the pump's rotation.
• Accumulation of impurities within the pump housing.

   Safely switch off the pump's power supply and drain the system or close isolating valves on either side of the pump.

   Carefully dismantle the pump according to the MAGNA3 service instructions.

   Remove any foreign matter or impurities that are blocking the pump's rotation.

   Reassemble the pump, ensuring all connections are secure, and refill/vent the system before restarting.
