What does Drainage failure mean?

The Hoover Pro Wash Dry Series 5 Washer Dryer is unable to drain water, leaving water inside the drum. This can be due to blockages in the drain system or incorrect hose placement.

• Drain hose is blocked
• Pump filter is blocked
• Drain hose end is higher than 100 cm above floor level
