What does Docking unsuccessful mean?

The Automower detects signals from the charging station but is unable to complete the docking process successfully, possibly due to a defective N-coil in the charging plate.

  • The charging plate (N-coil) is defective.

    Check the N-signal from the charging station: Place the Automower in the test position and then check the value via the Quick check function (hold 0 key for 2 seconds).

    Replace the charging plate if the N value is lower than 100.
