Trapped — Automower is stuck or caught on an obstacle

What does Trapped mean?

This message indicates that the Automower has encountered an obstacle and become stuck or trapped. It might also be related to loose body screws or issues with collision sensors.

• Automower has got caught or become trapped by an obstacle.
• One or both rear screws on the body are not tightened correctly.
• Magnet in the collision sensor pillar is loose, twisted, or missing.
• Collision sensor card or its cabling is defective.

   Free the Automower from where it is caught and remove any obstacles.

   Check the rear section of the body to ensure both rear screws are tightened correctly.

   Lift the body from the rear to feel if it is secured; tighten screws if loose.

   Check collision sensors via Tools - Test - Sensors (shortcut 5-2-5) to verify magnets and cabling.

   If the mower indicates a collision without actual contact, inspect sensor magnets and cabling for defects.
