What does Door message / No operation mean?

The microwave oven will not start if the door is not firmly closed or if it has been closed for 5 minutes or more without a cooking cycle being initiated. This is a safety feature to avoid unintended starting.

  • Door not fully latched
  • Packaging spacer obstructing the door
  • Door closed for 5 minutes or more without starting a cycle
