What does Door message / No operation mean?

The microwave oven will not start if the door is not firmly closed or if it has been closed for 5 minutes or more without a cooking cycle being initiated. This is a safety feature to avoid unintended starting.

• Door not fully latched
• Packaging spacer obstructing the door
• Door closed for 5 minutes or more without starting a cycle

   Firmly close the microwave oven door.

   Check for and remove any packaging spacers that may be attached to the inside of the door.

3. 3

   If a door message appears on the display, open and then firmly close the door.

4. 4

   Start your desired cooking cycle immediately after closing the door.
