Indicator lights and time display are dark — Dishwasher switched off automatically

What does Display dark mean?

If the indicator lights and time display are dark, the dishwasher has likely switched off automatically to save energy. This is a normal function, not a fault.

• Dishwasher's 'Optimize Standby' function has activated to save energy.
• No buttons have been pressed for a few minutes after the last action or program end.

   Turn the dishwasher on again using the On/Off button.

   To prevent this, you can deactivate 'Optimize Standby' in the options menu (see 'Options - Optimize Standby' in the manual).

   Pressing any button will also reactivate the display for a few minutes if 'Optimize Standby' is active.
