Program indicator light flashing

Program indicator light flashing - Program not yet finished

Miele · Dishwashers (G-Series)

What does Program indicator light flashing mean?

At the end of the program, a buzzer may sound and '0.00' appears in the time display, but the program indicator light is still flashing. This means the wash program has not yet fully completed.

Common Causes

  • The program was interrupted before completion.
  • The door was opened during the final stages of the program.
  • The drying fan may still be running for a few minutes.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Close the dishwasher door completely to allow the program to continue.

  2. 2

Wait until the program indicator light stops flashing and '0.00' is displayed solidly.

  3. 3

You can then safely open the door and unload the dishware.
