What does  :  + signal mean?

The display shows  :  and the programme has been cancelled, accompanied by a signal. This means the laundry inside the drum is unevenly distributed or has rolled up into a ball.

• Laundry is unevenly distributed in the drum.
• Laundry has rolled up during the drying cycle.
