Ensure the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong enough in the area where the tumble dryer is located.
Check for other appliances operating nearby that might cause interference, such as microwave ovens, and try to use them at different times or move them further away.
Restart your home Wi-Fi router and then try to reconnect the tumble dryer via the Miele App.
Verify that the Miele@home service is available in your country by checking www.miele.com.
