What does General Fault F mean?

The display shows a general "Fault F" message, indicating an unspecified malfunction within the Washing Machine. This typically requires a reset of the appliance.

   Disconnect the Washing Machine from the mains electricity supply by switching it off at the wall socket and withdrawing the plug, or by disconnecting it at the circuit breaker.

   Wait for at least 2 minutes to allow the machine's systems to fully reset.

   Reconnect the Washing Machine to the mains electricity supply and switch it on again.

   Restart the wash programme. If the fault message appears again, contact Miele.

   To switch off the fault message, turn the programme selector to the  position and switch the Washing Machine off.
