What does Remote not received mean?

The air conditioner does not respond to commands from the remote control, especially when electronic ON/OFF type fluorescent lamps (inverter-type) are used in the room.

• Electromagnetic interference from inverter-type fluorescent lamps
• Obstruction between the remote control and the indoor unit
• Low batteries in the remote control

   Turn off or move any electronic ON/OFF type fluorescent lamps (inverter-type) away from the air conditioner and remote receiver.

   Move closer to the indoor unit and aim the remote control directly at its receiver.
