The indoor unit's upper lamp lights up solid, and the outdoor unit does not operate. This indicates a problem where the inverter P.C. board or the outdoor electronic control P.C. board cannot properly read data from its nonvolatile memory, similar to the 7-time blink error but with a different indicator.
