What does E34 / Outdoor Red LED 1 flash mean?

Error E34, shown by one flash of the outdoor unit's red LED, indicates an abnormally low current or no current detected on the L3 phase, or an open phase on L3 (secondary side of the contactor).

• Open phase detected at L3 (secondary side of contactor)
