The BT1 sensor, which measures a specific temperature, is either not connected or is faulty. When this alarm is active, the calculated flow temperature is set to its minimum value.

Turn off the Heat Pump at the main breaker for at least 30 seconds.
Carefully check the wiring connections to the BT1 sensor. Ensure they are secure and free of corrosion.
Visually inspect the BT1 sensor for any physical damage.
Restore power to the Heat Pump and check if the alarm clears.
If the fault persists, the sensor may need to be replaced by a qualified technician.
