Alarm 333 - Phase failure (Compressor)

What does 333 mean?

A compressor phase is missing, detected 3 times within 2 hours or continuously for 1 minute. This means the compressor is not receiving full power.

Common Causes

  • Defective inverter.
  • Disruption in supply voltage (missing phase to the Heat Pump/compressor).

    Check your home's main electrical panel for tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses related to the Heat Pump.

    Ensure all main power switches for the Heat Pump are in the ON position.
