Alarm 354 - Compressor speed too low

What does 354 mean?

The compressor speed is below the lowest permitted speed, due to the inverter's safety function reducing the speed outside of the compressor’s working range. This indicates an issue preventing the compressor from running at its minimum effective speed.

   Check the particle filter in the heating system for blockages and clean it if necessary.

   Ensure that the heating medium flow is adequate throughout the system and circulation pumps are operating correctly.

   Turn off the Heat Pump at the main power switch for a few minutes, then turn it back on.

   If the alarm persists, contact a qualified NIBE service technician for an inspection of the inverter and compressor.
