This error occurs when the outdoor unit is preparing to operate in one mode (e.g., cooling) while an indoor unit is attempting to run in a conflicting mode (e.g., heating). This is common in multi-zone systems.

Ensure all indoor units connected to the same outdoor unit are set to the same operating mode (or compatible modes in a multi-zone system).
If using a central controller or home automation system, verify that it's not sending conflicting mode commands.
Power cycle the entire HVAC system by turning off the main power for a few minutes.
After restarting, set all units to a consistent mode and observe.
If the issue persists, review the system's operational settings and consult the Intesis gateway or Samsung system manual.
