C470 - EEPROM Data Error (no data)

What does C470 mean?

This error indicates that there is no data present in the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). This can occur after changing the outdoor PBA (Printed Board Assembly) if data was not correctly downloaded.

• No data in the EEPROM.
• A short circuit around the micom.
• A short circuit around the 'A' component on the board.
• EEPROM IC was not downloaded or inserted after changing the outdoor PBA.
