What does E458/E475 mean?

The outdoor unit's PCB LED displays E458 or E475 when there is a malfunction detected in either Fan 1 (E458) or Fan 2 (E475) of the outdoor unit's Brushless DC (BLDC) motor.

  • Fan blade obstruction (debris, ice)
  • Faulty fan motor wiring or control board
