What does Scanning Error mean?

An error has occurred preventing the printer from completing a scanning operation. This could be related to cables, software drivers, or internal components.

• Loose or incorrect printer cable (e.g., USB)

• Conflict with other scanner drivers installed on the computer
• Defective USB signal level from the computer or printer
