1C — Water Level sensor is not working properly.

What does 1C mean?

This code signifies that the water level sensor is experiencing an issue. When this code appears, the washer will automatically drain for 3 minutes, and the POWER button will be inoperative.

• Faulty water level sensor
• Temporary electronic glitch

   Turn off the washer, unplug it from the power outlet, and wait 30 seconds.

   Allow the washer to complete its automatic 3-minute draining process if it starts.
