Restart your home's Wi-Fi router.
Verify that the charging station is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
Check the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password entered in the Wiser Home app.
Consider using an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection or adding a Wi-Fi repeater.
Restart the Schneider Charge by switching its power off and on.
