The charging station cannot be connected to a smart charging application because the wrong identification number was entered when prompted for the Serial Number.

Locate the Charger Point Identification number (CPID) on the side of the charging station.
Carefully enter this CPID into the smart charging application when prompted for the Serial Number.
Ensure you are entering the correct identifier; check for any adjacent numbers or labels.
If you continue to have issues, try restarting the charging station and the app, then attempt the connection again.
