If an anti-tripping module is installed, ensure there is at least 9A of current available per phase.
Reduce the load on your home's electrical supply by turning off other high-power appliances.
Verify that your home's grid connection is sufficient to support both charging and household loads.
Try manually starting a charging session through the app.
