The PIN code required for installer commissioning has been lost. A new PIN can be created using the Wiser Home application.

Open the Wiser Home application on your smartphone.
Navigate to the settings or commissioning section.
Select the option to 'Reset PIN code' and follow the on-screen instructions.
You may need to put the charging station into a specific mode (e.g., by pressing the side button) to allow the PIN reset.
Ensure you have the latest version of the Wiser Home app installed.
