Solid red LED - Stop/Error

What does Solid Red mean?

A fault or error has occurred, and the charging station has stopped operating. Refer to the troubleshooting section for more details on specific error codes or messages.

• A critical error detected by the charging station's internal monitoring.
• A ground fault or short circuit.
• Overheating or a power supply issue.

   Switch off the power supply to the charging station.

   Unplug the charging connector from the electric vehicle.

   Reconnect the power supply to the charging station and wait for the LED to turn solid green.

   Once the station is ready (solid green LED), plug the connector back into the electric vehicle to attempt charging.

   If the red light persists, check your home's circuit breaker for the charger and ensure it has not tripped.
