There is a charging problem with the corresponding Battery. The PT is plugged in and charging, but one indicator light is red.
Click steps to track your progress.
Unplug the power cord.
Remove and reseat the relevant Battery.
Check that AC power is present and the Power Cord is fully seated in the Charge Port.
If the problem persists, contact an Authorized Segway Dealer or Distributor.
