The STIHL connected app cannot find the battery because the Bluetooth radio interface is deactivated on either the battery or the mobile device.

Press and hold the button on the battery until the Bluetooth LED lights up blue to activate it.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
Check the settings within the STIHL connected app to ensure Bluetooth permissions are granted.
Try connecting again.
