Charger does not power up

Charger does not power up

This could mean there is no current reaching the Wallbox. Check the circuit breaker and ensure it is working.

Charger name by default is Serial Number

Charger name defaults to Serial Number

When first added, the charger is named by its Serial Number. This can be edited in the charger details section of the app.

Charger status: Green

Charger status shown as green - Available

The charger is displayed in green, indicating it is available and reachable.

Charger status: Grey

Charger status shown as grey - Unreachable

The charger is displayed in grey, indicating it is currently unreachable. This is likely due to it being offline or out of Bluetooth range.

Charging cable does not disconnect

Charging cable does not disconnect from the vehicle

The charging session may not have ended correctly from the vehicle's side. Follow the vehicle's manual instructions to unlock.

Charging logs do not appear

Charging logs not appearing in app or portal

Charging statistics require the Pulsar to be fully synced via Bluetooth. Ensure firmware is updated and try resyncing or restoring the charger.

Charging session did not start

There are several reasons why a charging session might not start. Check the vehicle, the connection, and scheduling.

ERROR

Error - Charger in fault mode

The charger is in fault mode. Do not try to charge in this condition. Contact Wallbox Service for assistance.

Low charging power or slow charging

Vehicle charging at low power or charging slowly

The charging speed may decrease as the session nears completion. High temperatures in the charger or vehicle can also reduce power. Ensure firmware is updated.

No email confirmation received

No email confirmation received after registration

If you do not receive the account confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

No power to the charging station warning

Warning: No power to the charging station

If there is no power, disconnect the charging cable, power cycle the circuit breaker, and then reconnect the cable.

Purple roulette wheel

Purple roulette wheel - Synchronising data

This indicates the app is connected via Bluetooth. The charger is updating with the phone's date and sending data to the app and cloud for portal access.

Solid Blue LED

Solid Blue LED - Ready

The charger is not connected to a car and is ready for use.

Solid Green LED

Solid Green LED - Charging

The charging process has started and the car is being recharged.

Turquoise pulsing LED

Turquoise pulsing LED - Connected and scheduled

The charger is connected to the car, and a charging schedule is due within the next 12 hours. Charging will only begin at the scheduled start time.

Unavailability of the charging station warning

Warning: Unavailability of the charging station

This warning indicates the charging station is unavailable. Try power cycling the circuit breaker. If the problem persists, consult your installer.

Wallbox app doesn't connect to charger

Wallbox app cannot connect to the charger

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, you are within range, and the app is up-to-date. Reinstalling the app can resolve connection issues.

Yellow LED solid

Yellow LED solid - Charger locked

The charger is locked. Only an authorized user can unlock it. User authentication must be done with the Wallbox App.
