What does E21 mean?

This notification indicates that the pellet level in the hopper is low and needs to be refilled soon (on select models only). This helps prevent the grill from running out of fuel during cooking.

   Press the dial on the controller to clear the notification.

   Open the hopper lid and check the current pellet level.

   Refill the hopper with WEBER ALL NATURAL HARDWOOD PELLETS to continue grilling.
