This indicates that the washer is not receiving power or the main control interface is not functioning. This prevents any lights or displays from activating.

Select any cycle to see if indicators turn on.
If indicators come on, check the functionality of the buttons used to activate Service Diagnostic mode. Ensure they respond with a beep.
If buttons are unresponsive, the Human-Machine Interface may need replacement.
If no indicators come on after selecting a cycle, check the ACU Power Test procedure (TEST #1, page 12).
Ensure the washer is properly plugged into a working outlet.
