What does won't drain mean?

The washer is not draining water. Check the drain hose, pump filter, and the drain pump itself for any blockages or faults.

    Check for proper drain hose installation (not inserted more than 4.5", not sealed into drain pipe, air gap present).

  2. 2

    Check drain hose and air trap for obstructions.

  3. 3

    Check and clean the drain filter for obstructions.

  4. 4

    Check harness continuity and connections between ACU and drain pump.

  5. 5

    Check the Drain Pump/Recirculation Pump (Refer to TEST #8, page 17).
