What does won't power up mean?

The washer shows no signs of power. It won't turn on, respond to button presses, or display any lights or information.

Common Causes

  • Control lock is activated
  • No power to the washer
  • Connection problem between AC plug and ACU
  • Connection problem between ACU and HMI
  • ACU problem
  • Human-Machine Interface problem

    Check if the control lock LED is on. If so, press and hold the button to deactivate it.

    Check power at the outlet, circuit breakers, and fuses.

  3. 3

    Check connections between the AC power cord and ACU for continuity.

  4. 4

    Check connections and harness continuity between ACU and HMI.

  5. 5

    Check ACU power (Refer to TEST #1, page 12).

  6. 6

    Check Human-Machine Interface (Refer to TEST #2, page 14).
